By using the ParcelWays website, tracking tools or logistics services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Services provided
ParcelWays provides freight forwarding, parcel transport, customs brokerage and shipment tracking. Service availability, routing and transit times vary by lane and are estimates, not guarantees.
3. Shipper responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate shipment descriptions, declared values, addresses and contact details, for adequate packaging, and for ensuring the goods are legal to ship from the origin and into the destination country.
4. Prohibited and restricted goods
Cash, hazardous materials, live animals, illegal goods and items restricted by the origin or destination country may not be tendered to ParcelWays. Shipments found to contain such goods may be held, returned or surrendered to authorities.
5. Customs, duties and taxes
International shipments are subject to inspection, duties and taxes assessed by customs authorities. Any such charges are payable by the party identified on the shipping documents. ParcelWays acts only as agent in arranging clearance.
6. Payments
Charges for transport, storage, duties and related services are due on the terms shown on the invoice or on the shipment's payment page. ParcelWays only requests payment through its official channels.
7. Liability
Liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the shipment, subject to any applicable international convention. ParcelWays is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or of market.
8. Tracking information
Tracking data is provided for information purposes and depends on scans supplied by carriers and partners. Delays in scanning do not, by themselves, indicate loss or misrouting.
9. Changes to these terms
ParcelWays may update these terms. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
